A PAYMENT ADVICE IS ISSUED TO EACH MEMBER ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. ON RECEIPT OF THIS, PLEASE COMPLETE, ENCLOSE YOUR CHEQUE OR ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS, AND RETURN TO ICWCI HEADQUARTERS.
BACS Payments
Please can all members who have their subscriptions paid by their employers direct into the ICWCI bank account, ensure that a remittance advice is sent, and that the payment includes both the members name and ID number as reference.
Changing to Direct Debit
Many members have converted their payments to the Direct Debit method, which allows the subscription to be collected in 3 instalments at the end of January, February and March.
If you wish to transfer to this method of payment, please contact ICWCI Headquarters in order for the appropriate paperwork to be forwarded to you.
The Institute’s Benevolent Fund
The Institute has for many years maintained, as Trustees, a registered charity devoted to alleviating those of our members who, from time to time, find themselves in financial distress through unforeseen circumstances. This charity could not exist, or meet its aims, without the generous assistance of those amongst us lucky enough not to have had to cope with financial disaster.
If you would like to support the Benevolent Fund, please complete the bottom section of the subscription advice form. In order to allow the Fund to reclaim the tax element of any donation, please also sign to agree that they may do so on your behalf. This simple act has the benefit of increasing your donation by the same percentage as the tax you have already paid on the donation - but at no cost to you. Those who pay their subscriptions by Direct Debit can also make donations on this form if they wish.
The Subscription Advice Form can be downloaded here or alternatively call ICWCI Headquarters.
